How Cold Plasma Works

Plasma-C generates a controlled cold plasma field that breaks down contaminants at the molecular level — without any chemical additives, filters, or waste streams.

PFAS
Forever Chemicals
Complete decomposition of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances at molecular level.
NMP
Nano & Microplastics
Physical fragmentation and oxidative destruction of plastic particles down to nanoscale.
BAC
Bacteria & Pathogens
99.9% elimination of bacterial contamination including antibiotic-resistant strains.
TOX
Toxins & Micropollutants
Pharmaceutical residues, agricultural chemicals, and heavy metal complexes.
01
Plasma Generation
High-frequency electrical discharge generates cold plasma field at near-ambient temperature, producing reactive oxygen and nitrogen species.
02
Hydrodynamic Cavitation
Acoustic-vortex aeration creates micro-bubble collapse events, amplifying plasma contact surface area and contaminant exposure.
03
Molecular Decomposition
Reactive species break chemical bonds of contaminants. PFAS carbon-fluorine bonds are severed — a process no conventional filter can achieve.

LSIN Group Consortium "Plasma-C"

Life Span Innovations Ltd is a dedicated project development and intellectual property management entity incorporated in Bulgaria (EU), established specifically for the commercialisation of the Plasma-C cold plasma-sorption water treatment technology. The company serves as the administrative, legal, and commercial lead of the LSIN Group Consortium "Plasma-C", providing project governance, grant management, contractual coordination, and IP stewardship.

Its EU incorporation provides a robust legal and regulatory framework for grant management and international partnership agreements.

The Consortium brings together three complementary founding partners with clearly defined roles. Life Span Innovations Ltd concentrates all administrative, legal, and financial accountability in a single EU-registered entity.

State Institution "The Institute of Environmental Geochemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" provides scientific leadership and technology validation, drawing on 17+ years of plasma chemistry research, 280+ publications, and 32 patents.

SIE "Pulsar" serves as the exclusive manufacturer, with 10+ years of experience in plasma-chemical reactor production and international deliveries to seven countries (Japan, USA, Belgium, Germany, China, Norway, Kazakhstan).

021 Strategic Inc. is a member of the Plasma-C Consortium and serves as the Canadian representative for Plasma-C technologies. The company facilitates collaboration with industrial partners, municipalities, research institutions, and government organizations to accelerate the deployment of innovative plasma-based environmental technologies across Canada.

Where Plasma-C Operates

01
Drinking Water Purification

Municipal and point-of-use treatment targeting PFAS and nanoplastics — contaminants invisible to conventional filtration. Safe for direct human consumption.
